I had an appointment for 10:15 A.M. on Monday morning. I arrived at 10:00 and filled out the forms. I was brought into the examination room at 10:15. I sat in the examination room until 11:30 without being seen. I went out and asked a nurse I saw what was the delay and I she said someone would be in soon. This place is horrible! Takes weeks to get anything done and you have to constantly call to stay on top of them for any results! Can't wait to find a new place that accepts new patients.
Just the most horrible patient relations. Impossible to deal with them.

After many years of using PCPs as my primary doctors (since 2006), it’s time to make and change and their current poor service makes it easier. Since CANO took over, the service has gone from bad to worse. I spent over a hour in the waiting room today for them to tell me they could not see me because of an insurance technicality, they refused to see me for my anual physical because they were more concerned about making sure they were getting paid vs my health. I could write a novel with all the issues I’ve had with this place but I’ll make a list to keep it simple. 1. Cancelled an appointment on me but didn’t tell me. I took time off work and drove 30 mins to the office to find out the appt was cancelled once I arrived. 2. Charged me for a teleheath visit even though I was told by 3 employees it was a “courtesy call”. 3. Once Again !!!! This place sucks!!!! The staff that handle referrals are completely useless....Had a doctors appointment 3 weeks ago and he requested a referral for this coming Wednsday....They put in the request to Cano twice and still got no answer...Come on Cano... Get your crap together.....What makes you think that your time is more important than ours...USELESS
Joined my mother to her appointment and to verify her insurance was accepted. Asked at check in, was told yes. Saw the Physiotherapaist...which was a joke. Then was sent to speak to a financial person about therapy sessions and injections. Was told they do not accept insurance. Terrible waist of time. Coming from Nyc this place is a joke. Not sure where they hire these MD's. Twice misdiagnosed.
