Disappointing. They don’t listen to my issue. Doctor is the type that speaks down to you. They were unprepared for my follow up visit.
I am 72 years old and was told to contact my doctor prior to starting Humira since I also want my flu shot and covid booster. I left a message on Friday, Sept. 24th and no one has returned my call. This is not the first time I am unhappy. CANO staff has lost my records, gotten all my specialists' instructions confused and I will contact the Better Business Bureau.

I was a patient at my Doctor's office for many years. Recently, the practice was bought by Cano Health and I am changing doctors so I don't have to deal with this incompetent, inefficient, uncaring company. I had a mammogram in early June and was told that I needed a follow-up in depth exam to thoroughly check a few suspicious areas. I called my Dr office after making the appointment for the ultrasound. I would not recommend this place to a dead dog. talk about discriminating that they are. so if you are white stay the hell away because you won't be seen. to think of the crappy treatment gotten and was to be a new patient. putting this bluntly the appt was for 8;45 and at 11 I got fed up. to watch the waiting room get cleared out twice of all Spanish patients and yet I was the white girl that sat and looked over as they took long before me but yet they had appts after mine but I had to sit and never was seen so I got fed u... read more
The St Cloud office have no sense of urgency. They cancel appointments and reschedule and again reschedule and apparently there is no communication in the office because the day before and even the day of my apt different employees called me to tell me about the apt and to verify the same information. I am frustrated because the quality or their service is not as when they started with this new name. Son bien irresponsables... tiene que uno estar llamando todo el tiempo y te dejan esperando un monton y cuando preguntas el estatus de algun referido para equipo medico o home care siempre falta una firma o a veces no aparece en el expediente... que mucho juegan con la salud de los pacientes
