I was in love with my doctors office until I found out my Doctor Misdiagnosed me on purpose to try an commit possible insurance fraud. SMH 🤦🏾♀️ CANO HEALTH don’t care about there patients especially if your not Spanish. They only try to cover up there mistake’s. Call your insurance company when dealing with this company. Be sure to check all diagnoses. Be aware people
Not recommended ! Their referral department is the worst . I did call too many times , send email , and nothing . My other doctor asked for the last 2 months for a referral so I can a surgery and still waiting . This place is the worst .
No les importa las personas con covid y su situacion delicada , si quieres la monoclonal te la pasas de mensages en mensages hasta que ya no podran hacer el tratamiento , si llamas por telefono nunca se pueden comunicar , si logras a travez de la manager que te devuelvan la llamada te la pasas de notas en notas sín núnca obtener resultados , solo les importa el dinero no la salud real de los pacientes , con un cafe no se compra el respeto y el bienestar de sus pacientes
They give patients the run around, telling me one thing and then then another and when I call, they said they set everything up, I show up in person and I was turned away.

Disappointing. They don’t listen to my issue. Doctor is the type that speaks down to you. They were unprepared for my follow up visit.
I am 72 years old and was told to contact my doctor prior to starting Humira since I also want my flu shot and covid booster. I left a message on Friday, Sept. 24th and no one has returned my call. This is not the first time I am unhappy. CANO staff has lost my records, gotten all my specialists' instructions confused and I will contact the Better Business Bureau.

I was a patient at my Doctor's office for many years. Recently, the practice was bought by Cano Health and I am changing doctors so I don't have to deal with this incompetent, inefficient, uncaring company. I had a mammogram in early June and was told that I needed a follow-up in depth exam to thoroughly check a few suspicious areas. I called my Dr office after making the appointment for the ultrasound.
