Absolutely the worst practice I have ever encountered. If you want to speak to the doctor forget it. They will lie to you and tell you someone will call you. No one will call you. You can't get an answer from anyone. Every appointment I ever had was cancelled or postponed, EVERY SINGLE ONE. The incompetence is ridiculous. Meds last 30 days. They literally make your appointments for 6 weeks later, and then they cancel anyway. Do not use this facility. If I could leave ZEREO stars I would!

Horrible experience! Cano Health has grown so much that it has become a disaster. Their centralized calling system has no communication within offices. Good luck trying to get through! If you try to call to correct refills, labs orders or anything NOBODY will get back to you. They don't answer the phone or follow up. It took me 3 days calling just to schedule an appointment. I guess that was the last call because I'm definitely finding another Healthcare provider. Do yourself a favor and take good care of your health by avo... read more

The most unprofessional Dr / dentist office I have ever been to. They only do 15 minute appointments. Probably because they are so lazy. Waited 15-20 minutes for my appointment only to find out .. oops .. we are late coming back from lunch. The Dr is too busy to finish your appointment in one session meanwhile you can clearly see him sitting there looking at instagram. Unbelievable the way I was treated. If you want health care workers to treat you like dirt this is the place. And I don't understand the skin tight scrubs gro... read more

I made a new patient appointment with one of the doctors at Cano Health a month ago. When I arrived at the location for my Monday appointment, the office was locked and the doctor's name was removed from the sign. There were two directories at that location, which listed that doctor and his suite number, but when you got to the suite, it was empty and locked. I called Cano Health (since there is no direct number to the doctor's office) and spoke to three different individuals who all checked with their supervisors. None of t... read more
