These people need to get their stuff together if they want patients in San Antonio.. nobody has a clue . They only have one number and it’s to a Call center .. they don’t know anything - keep getting transferred .. I simply wanted to become a member - simply asked if the took United health care .. still no one can answer .. their reps at the centers are rude and insensitive.. I’m sticking with Gonzaba ... and telling my friends
Actually get appointment when injured had a nasty fall both knees aRe screaming with pain my foot is swollen and looks like it’s ready to pop and my neck hurts so bad I can barely swallow than was told out of all the Dr and Pa there wasn’t one appointment for 3 weeks really !!! And I’m still waiting for a phone call since noon you don’t get to talk with a person in the office your switchboard sucks I had to call 3 times because they kept disconnecting me and than be told there is No appointment available anywhere for 3 week... read more
Cano Health en Pembroke Pine es lo peor. Comienzo, L Llevo 3 meses para que me llamen para una cita con el dentista. Todavía sigo esperando. Cano, me hizo una cita para discutir los laboratorios, cuando me llaman me preguntan: como me podía ayudar, les dije ustedes hicieron la cita y no saben? lies. no transportation. refuse TO pick me up Saturday 26 September. i was told transportation people would call and pick me up. still waiting. to day is Sunday. don't trust Cano Health. please read reviews from their employees. read them. and see what they have to say. try another health company or clinic

These people are horrible. the only good thing about this place are the actual doctors. My grandmother was getting treated here for here knee the treatment has works wonders however she has continued to see her PCP, they never said she needed to change her doctors, and have treated her for months with out changing her PCP. Now they have stopped her in the middle of her treatment unless she switches to them shes been w her PCP for yrs, she should have been told this from the beginning and wasnt. The Saint Cloud office has the worst staff I’ve ever seen in a doctors office. I know we’re not the only patients there but they do no take care of their patients at all. The doctors are great! But the office staff is horrible.
RecommendedGet their staff better trained to handle customer better. Referrals shouldn't take forever over a week to get. waiting room and exam rooms take a long time. You're actually there almost 2 hrs for a 5 minute talk with your doctor. Not good.
Super desilucionada con esta clínica nunca me inmagine que algo así fuera pasar ya que veía un trato muy profesional a mi madre de 72 años que asiste a flaguert y la 83 le han suspendido de forma radical su tratamiento de allergia el cual le había mejorado mucho su sinositis y una tos que no la dejaba dormir ahora de un día para otro la mandan a que la valore su doctor , cuando el tratamiento de allergia es un tratamiento largo y constante , no gracias eso no sucederá ya que gracias a Dios en Miami ay mas clínicas que paci... read more
