Horrible!!! Wait online forever, people do not speak or understand English, awful healthcare! I called Cano because of a very high fever and urinating blood, They told me to come to the office immediately, went to the office, and was kept waiting for 2 hours!!! Finally saw the Doctor and she said why didn't you go to the emergency room. I replied to the Doctor, why didn't your staff send me there and not keep me waiting 2 hours when I almost passed out. I visited Cano Health office located on 2994 South Joy Road, Florida in May 2022 for an annual checkup. I made the appointment to see a doctor. However, when I was there at the time of the appointment, they told me that the doctor was not available. I would see Dunia Rodriguez instead. They said it's the same. I had no choice but to see Dunia Rodriguez. I asked her medical questions and opinions, but she did not give me any advice. Later I found out that she was a Physician Assistant, not a doctor. the worst health clinic and dental place I ever been. Dental mess tooth for 4 months and they still haven't finished my tooth crowns. Health clinic, they don't give you a referral, even if your insurance cover.i did call my insurance and the doctor didn't give me the referral, The Worst clinic. 5 months for my tooths, and they haven't done,Cano Clinic the worst

I've never felt so unappreciated as a patient/customer. While at the counter attempting to speak with the employee I was rudely interrupted by another patient. Instead of the counter person telling that rude a-hole to wait until she finished speaking with me, she actually spoke with her like I was never there. I then proceeded afterwards, and it happened again, by the same person. I then made a remark about how rude this is, only for the counter person to shrug at me as if to say "oh well". Why am I STILL waiting for my bloodwork results 3.5 weeks later?! Bloodwork should only take 1 week maximum. I also still haven't gotten my username and password for my CanoHealth account and I call in and the same issue, "the office hasn't made one yet". When I went to the office on my visit, they seemed organized and staff seemed friendly, but this is Ridiculous. I went to the one in Hollywood Hillcrest (Address: 3700 Washington Street, Suite 203, Hollywood, FL, 33021) if that makes any difference. Please, just tell me my ... read more
