I have never been to a medical practice that is run by such incompetence. The call center operators are rude. They have no clue what is going on. Nobody ever writes notes or comments. They are constantly making and changing appointments without advising you. And then when you call to find out where the doctor is nobody has a clue what Dr. you’re supposed to see because nobody writes notes. I have left 2 messages why I don’t recommend them and I haven’t seen either one
Worst clinic in central Florida. It used to be ok when it was Central Florida Internist, now it looks like a Russian or Chinese Huan clinic. The doctors don't know what they doing, you can't barely see a doctor. The appointments are always in 3 months. The last time I've requested for a virtual appointment to see a doctor, they ended up making me see a nurse, whom was very unprofessional.

Estoy disgustada, pues me indicaron tratamiento de acupuntura para dolor en rodilla y me dieron la cita para dentro de 3 meses, me parece que es un tiempo demasiado largo.
If I could give them zero, I would. One star is too much. They don’t care about people’s health, it’s about money, they are so unprofessional. Do not believe in the “courtesy calls” they make to find out about your health, they only want to bill your insurance. They are very irresponsible and I am very disappointed.
Get rid of the call center. The staff never calls you back. As a practice Cano is horrible!!!!!!
Cano health can improve by training and educating their employees more. One employee tells you one thing and another a whole different thing. They should also let seniors choose the own advantage insurances and not impose theirs only. This is because I was denied services because I didn’t accept Humana and enrolled in United. Also people giving physiotherapy injections are different every time and are using patients to train employees and I prefer someone with experience that knows what they are doing. They need to stop having virtual calls ever since the pandemic started they been worried about their own safety than their pacients safety 6 months back i had a choking sensation thinking that it was from the medication for blood pressure so i called for them to look at me but didnt they thought i had the coronavirus so i was switched to another medication than gave me antibiotics without looking at me and now i have heart and digestive issues and im only 26 its rediculous.
