The St Cloud office have no sense of urgency. They cancel appointments and reschedule and again reschedule and apparently there is no communication in the office because the day before and even the day of my apt different employees called me to tell me about the apt and to verify the same information. Son bien irresponsables... tiene que uno estar llamando todo el tiempo y te dejan esperando un monton y cuando preguntas el estatus de algun referido para equipo medico o home care siempre falta una firma o a veces no aparece en el expediente... que mucho juegan con la salud de los pacientes

I have never been to a medical practice that is run by such incompetence. The call center operators are rude. They have no clue what is going on. Nobody ever writes notes or comments. They are constantly making and changing appointments without advising you. And then when you call to find out where the doctor is nobody has a clue what Dr. you’re supposed to see because nobody writes notes. I have left 2 messages why I don’t recommend them and I haven’t seen either one
Worst clinic in central Florida. It used to be ok when it was Central Florida Internist, now it looks like a Russian or Chinese Huan clinic. The doctors don't know what they doing, you can't barely see a doctor. The appointments are always in 3 months. The last time I've requested for a virtual appointment to see a doctor, they ended up making me see a nurse, whom was very unprofessional.
