The Doctors are not good you only go to them to give you a referal. They see you and they dont do nothing. Also they never answer the phones!!!!

Cano Health is the worst thing to happen to the health and wellbeing of our family. If they force your doctor's office to join them, the doctor and you will be miserable. You will never reach the local office on the phone, you will get an operator in Miami. for over a year we drive to the office to communicate and make appointments, cannot get through on the phone. Dr. Caballero Osorio who is part of the Cano Health network as a health care physician in Hollywood, FL and has zero bedside manner. She does not take the time to listen before making assumptions regarding your concerns. She does not respond to phone messages and gets upset when you bring her attention to her lack of empathy or listening skills. Her staff is rude and not welcoming at all. To the pcp in pembroke pines..remember how you told your patient to take quinapril? It landed her in the er. Remember when you said patient would always be diabetic? To not monitor her sugars? To go to doctors alone? To provide medical diagnosis that is not ethical because its not for you to decide. Remember cano when you said that pcp has too many patients? I don't know where to start. It's not like I don't know about Cano health. I was with them for four years. They are disrespectful, absent minded or just don't really care about their patients. I had to travel to Europe for work plus my husband and I were unhappy with them so we switched providers during travels. When we got back we went back to Cano Health thinking that since the new company took over everything will be different, hell no! It's worse than before. Won't go near. The center in Ocala Florida appeared awful as well. The van drivers speed thru city, double park, clog main streets. I have seen numerous driving violations and possible accidents. Today a male driver was double parked and tried bothering me as I walked to bus terminal. Unacceptable behavior. A Miami police officer stopped to deal with him. I'm not sure if in his Country it is acceptable to harras women on streets, but I have no tolerance for these actions.
