Cano health left my wife a 2 time cancer survivor and I without a Dr. unless you have Medicare and Medicaid they will not see you. I was told clear as day over the phone. You can go to the Jacksonville office to be seen ( I live in Tampa) or find yourself another care provider.
Cano Health is the worst ever. Atrocious and no wonder they filed Chapter 11 Bankruptcy. No surprise here. Mismanaged and the staff couldnt care less about you. Its quite obvious that the entire staff hates their jobs. No one does their jobs, no one returned phones calls, cant get a correct answer, had to cancel several doctors visits due to referral not being processed or incorrectly done with no or wrong medical codes and/or wrong body parts listed, prime example is "Carmella" in the Referral Dept who was leaving the Dept ... read more
