Based on my experience, it appears the management and staff of Cano are selfish, thoughtless, and inconsiderate miscreants who only care about what is convenient for them. Their heads are so far up the interior of their anatomies that they need a window to see out their stomachs. Dental staff has NO since of urgency. they mistreated my elderly mother. I moved to florida and just took her to her 1:30 appt and checked her in at 1pm. The receptionist was on a personal call. she did not acknowledge me but after a few minutes she signaled another assc. to help me. I was given an appointment today 8/5 @ 11:45am at the Sun City FL location and when I showed up they stated there was no appointment. I was then told they can rectify the problem and gave me an appointment in the Brandon location at 6pm. I asked if that was a definite and she confirmed. I drove to Brandon office and it was closed. I had an appointment for 10:15 A.M. on Monday morning. I arrived at 10:00 and filled out the forms. I was brought into the examination room at 10:15. I sat in the examination room until 11:30 without being seen. I went out and asked a nurse I saw what was the delay and I she said someone would be in soon. This place is horrible! Takes weeks to get anything done and you have to constantly call to stay on top of them for any results! Can't wait to find a new place that accepts new patients.
