Dr Aleksey Subin at Cano Health, worst doctor ever! I was at the hospital about 10 days ago. They gave me 2 IV and 2 types of antibiotics with other drugs. I went to this doctor to get a refill because I started feeling bad again after I went out. DrAleksey refused to give me any medication whatsoever. He said I should go get some sleep instead!! They are the worst. My surgery was cancel because of their incompetence. They lie to me about having all my labs. When the time came to clear me for my surgery. She said they had to wait for labs.
Es muy mala clínica. No atienden bien a los pacientes. El servicio es pésimo. No se responsabilizan por su mal trabajo y culpan a otros. En fin nunca la recomendaría. Al contrario, alentaría a las personas a buscar otras clínicas. Cano Health es una porquería.
Based on my experience, it appears the management and staff of Cano are selfish, thoughtless, and inconsiderate miscreants who only care about what is convenient for them. Dental staff has NO since of urgency. they mistreated my elderly mother. I moved to florida and just took her to her 1:30 appt and checked her in at 1pm. The receptionist was on a personal call. she did not acknowledge me but after a few minutes she signaled another assc. to help me. I was given an appointment today 8/5 @ 11:45am at the Sun City FL location and when I showed up they stated there was no appointment. I was then told they can rectify the problem and gave me an appointment in the Brandon location at 6pm. I asked if that was a definite and she confirmed. I drove to Brandon office and it was closed.
