Avoid avoid avoid! The worst care any medical facility can give. They have 1 call center to call for appointments, prescriptions, etc. I can never get my meds refilled when I need them. As a diabetic that relies on getting needed medication, I sometimes have to go to urgent care, to get them, because of their incompetence. They don't care about the patient, only the revenue that each patient generates. Bad business.
They keep changing my appointment without letting me know first. They are going downward. The doctors are even not as good as before. I'm going there wasting time and money, the doctor doesn't do anything. They just ask some questions. Not Recommended.

10/12/2023 I've had the same doctor for over 10 years. In the last 2-3 years Cano bought the practice and as of 5 months ago they sent a text message that they will no longer allow my doctor to see non-Medicare patients at the office. Why?? I have called their call center multiple times and no one is able to help me. I've asked for someone in administration that can explain this decision to me to call me back and am still waiting since July. The absolute worst company I have ever had to deal with!! Horrible! A nightmare! Minimum 15 minutes listening to that stupid music waiting for someone to pick up the phone (this is every time you call them, not just one time. Automatically 15 minute to speak to someone!) Today is the second time in two weeks that I have had to cancel my Dr. appt. because again, Cano did not send a referral to them! Cano acknowledged they had the referral at 3 difference times that they had the request and it was pending and it would be there... read more

Cano health is going down fast. So my doctor is in my plan, the referral dept lied and said my Dr. was not in network when he is. Very unethical. 2 weeks later I am going to loose appt. When I need a clearance for surgery. Not nice Is this even legal to lie to a patient to push their Dr's. Which they didn't even mention another dr. Name.
