I made a new patient appointment with one of the doctors at Cano Health a month ago. When I arrived at the location for my Monday appointment, the office was locked and the doctor's name was removed from the sign. There were two directories at that location, which listed that doctor and his suite number, but when you got to the suite, it was empty and locked. Trying to get anything accomplished through their customer service is almost impossible. I was a patient with them for over 3 yrs. Many times I had to show up in person to address different situations. Referrals were always a nightmare. One appointment specifically was with Dr. Sanchez. She left halfway into the visit to go to the next room. She came back and told me she had other patients to see. If I could give 0 stars I would!!!! You making appointment and than you end up waiting to be seen for over 2 hours!!!! This is ridiculous!! They so greedy that they taking more appointments than they can possible manage. No respect for patient time. Also the nurse who was drawing the blood had no idea what vials to use had to go and ask ‍ and that took time too. If you have a half a day to waste than feel free to go there but if you value your time than find better place.

Cano Health is a company that totally neglects their patients. When you call, nobody ever gets back to you. Their so called patient care should be called patient neglect. After several attempts over a period of 5 days, nobody has returned my calls. I have been a patient of Dr. Pena for over 30 years and I love him, but now I have to find a different primary because I am so disgusted with Cano Health's non response.
