These people are horrible. the only good thing about this place are the actual doctors. My grandmother was getting treated here for here knee the treatment has works wonders however she has continued to see her PCP, they never said she needed to change her doctors, and have treated her for months with out changing her PCP. Now they have stopped her in the middle of her treatment unless she switches to them shes been w her PCP for yrs, she should have been told this from the beginning and wasnt. The Saint Cloud office has the worst staff I’ve ever seen in a doctors office. I know we’re not the only patients there but they do no take care of their patients at all. The doctors are great! But the office staff is horrible.
RecommendedGet their staff better trained to handle customer better. Referrals shouldn't take forever over a week to get. waiting room and exam rooms take a long time. You're actually there almost 2 hrs for a 5 minute talk with your doctor. Not good.

RecommendedIt has come to my attention that Cano Health will no longer be able to continue my allergy treatment. Needless to say, I am shocked and very disappointed. The technician didn't have much information for me only that I was to get a referral and go see an allergist. I have been on immunotherapy allergy shots for over 3 years. My case was very severe.
