They are so stupid, they schedule me for bloodwork than my physical a week later, then at the last minute they call me and say i have to see the dr before I can do my blood work, then go back for my physical. Bunch of nonsense. they just want to bill as much as they possibly can for what should be 1 or two visits. Look for better PCP than these people.

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible, I can't give it a zero, so 1 star it is. First time using them made an appointment with their dental department not knowing how bad this place was. 4 months later, and still putting up with the b......., but once all work is done I am changing dentist. First of all, you can never make an appointment, because they never answer the phone, second they never put through pre-authorizations in insurance portals, but they do ask the patients to pay for services in cash. Horrible, Horrible, Horrible, I can't give it a zero, so 1 star it is. Very disappointed in the lack of regard for my time and continuously dropping the ball in not documenting referral and medication refill requests. I gave them more chances than they deserve. I wish I could give a minus star!

My father is an 89-year-old person who was scheduled for a medical appointment due to his severe rheumatoid arthritis tenderness, which causes him great distress and aggravation to walk like a normal human person. Her refusal to not take care of my father was thoughtless, irresponsible, and a violation of his rights as an older person who has insurance, Medicare, and has the right to be seen.
