Worst medical experience in my life. The only reason I was even affiliated with this company is because my doctor of 18 years joined them. I went there one time in July for my annual. I got a call from them a week later and when I called back they said they didn't know why anybody had called me. However a long 30 second message was left on my voicemail in Spanish. If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. My family has been going to this practice for 30 years and as soon as Cano took over, it has been pure chaos. They NEVER return phone calls and they NEVER get referrals or prescriptions right. This week my dad has to have surgery for bladder cancer and my mom, who works a full time job, has basically spent yesterday and today on the phone with these idiots because they didn't get the script for a Covid test at the hospital correct, nor the order for the surgery correct either. I cannot speak Spanish, Impossible, they text me in Florida Blue set my appointment 50 miles away, when I asked for a Dr. Closer, I get all Hispanics ,I can't understand WTF? .

I am only selecting a rating because it is required in order to post my review. I strongly suggest that anyone deciding to use Cano Health do a deep search as they have acquired Primary Care Physicians of Hollywood, a practice owned by Dr. Moises Issa. After much difficulty obtaining referrals and 2 close calls with what could have been serious health issues due to a Nurse Practitioner calling in the wrong medications on refills, I am finally changing to a new primary care physician. Terrible, disgusting, not good at all. Unprofessional staff didnt know if i was in a clinic or in a chicken coop. Avooid at all cost!!

Not recommended. Their customer service is not good, and the wait times are untypically long.
