I am only selecting a rating because it is required in order to post my review. I strongly suggest that anyone deciding to use Cano Health do a deep search as they have acquired Primary Care Physicians of Hollywood, a practice owned by Dr. Moises Issa. After much difficulty obtaining referrals and 2 close calls with what could have been serious health issues due to a Nurse Practitioner calling in the wrong medications on refills, I am finally changing to a new primary care physician. Terrible, disgusting, not good at all. Unprofessional staff didnt know if i was in a clinic or in a chicken coop. Avooid at all cost!!

This place is for Spanish speaking people only. If you don't speak Spanish, you will be treated poorly as my case. Front desk and office manager are extremely rude. I told the front desk that the doctor told me to come for my blood work results, the front desk made an unbelievably arrogant rude remark " it is your problem ". Also, when ask how long will the wait be? Again, the response was " I don't know, as long as it takes" It turned out the wait was one hour long for about 5 minutes with an the most incompetent, greedy... read more

What a poorly run customer service center. What a shame that my primary doctor moved from private practice to this. My 20+ year physician is awesome best doctor ever. But this new Cano Health company leaves much to be desired. Let me first say I understand people get sick and appointments need to be changed, heaven knows I've changed many myself over the years. Horrible service. Horrible organization. Currently sitting in doctors office and they don't know or have all my information to treat me. I am Being asked to wait to get my chart. I arrived about an hour prior to my appointment. Finally, I am now with doctor two hours later and doctor is not prepared to provide service. Another doctor walks in an explains that there was a mistake and they have two charts for me. They also informed me that I was was scheduled for the wrong appointment.
