I have been with Cano for over 15 years. In the last couple of years care has not been their priority as it was in long time past. I went for a cleaning and no one bother to advise me I was not going to get a cleaning. They mixed up my records with someone that had implants which I have none. When the dentist check my mouth she stated yanking on my old fillings. And telling me they all needed to be replaced. They were perfectly fine and are sting fillings not like the crap they put now. My family member had an appointment with the dentist today at the clinic on 68 Avenue SW 8 St and the person at the front desk of the dentist is very rude. He also needed a little bit of glue on the denture and the dentist didn't put it on because he supposedly had to have permission from the manager. We are very unhappy with the services of Cano Health because everything is a total lack of respect. I give it two stars and it seems to me that it is a lot

You will be treated poorly here depending on how the staff view you. I needed a referral and the check out person spelt my name completely wrong (she could have asked me to spell it as I was standing right there) and when I pointed it out to her she said "is that like, a big deal?" It took her another 15 minutes all the while she was obviously annoyed someone had asked her to do her job. If the disrespect and dehumanization wasn't enough the doctor I saw kept pushing an STD test on me (I was heavily pregnant at the time and ... read more

I Had to wait 3hr to see a doctor all they care is about money. They are rude to the patients cano health is the worst place to for health care stay away if you care about your life. I will be living.

First I went to the location in Hollywood to schedule an appointment and just see the clinic in person. The front desk girl was extremely rude with me. Then I went to the Pembroke Pines location,The wait times are horrible. they will make you wait and wait and then are rushing through the process. On my last appointment, I rushed out of there and didn't even schedule an appointment for the next test I needed. I'll definitely be looking for another clinic to get medical attention.
