This place is for Spanish speaking people only. If you don't speak Spanish, you will be treated poorly as my case. Front desk and office manager are extremely rude. I told the front desk that the doctor told me to come for my blood work results, the front desk made an unbelievably arrogant rude remark " it is your problem ". Also, when ask how long will the wait be? Again, the response was " I don't know, as long as it takes" It turned out the wait was one hour long for about 5 minutes with an the most incompetent, greedy... read more

What a poorly run customer service center. What a shame that my primary doctor moved from private practice to this. My 20+ year physician is awesome best doctor ever. But this new Cano Health company leaves much to be desired. Let me first say I understand people get sick and appointments need to be changed, heaven knows I've changed many myself over the years. THIS PLACE IS A MESS... OUT OF CONTROL. My 74 year old mom suffers of fibromyalgia and arthritis. She has a lot of anxiety and lives in pain, specially when under stress. I made an appointment so the Pain/Arthritis doctor could see her. The appointment was at 10AM, the center scheduled to pick her up at 7AM so my mom was already awake at 6AM getting ready. DO NOT COME HERE!! This is my third time coming to this location and I am completely disappointed with the service here . The first time I came, I was 15 minutes late. I was told I would have to reschedule. I rescheduled and arrived on time for my new appointment and ended up waiting 40 minutes and was still not dealt with. I had to reschedule for a new appointment . Their excuse was that they are super busy . Okay . Now I am here for the third time. My appointment was for 12 pm and I was told I will not be seen until 1:00 p... read more
