RUN!!! This health facility is only interested in your money. If you look carefully at your bills you will see that you are billed for services you did not get, you will be treated as if your time was worth nothing, and you will never get anyone to give you a straight answer on anything. The front staff is just awful. They have absolutely no people skill in any way shape or form. You wait for hours to be seen by a doctor who strolls in whenever they feel like it. this place should be shut down. the front staff is insanely rude. this is my first AND LAST time ever coming here. it's my first time coming here, why should i know what i'm suppose to do when i walk in the door? how about instead of starring at me you ask me if i need help!!!!! when i ask a question i expect help and respect not for you to look at me like i'm stupid. DO NOT COME HERE. waited for TWO HOURS.

If I could of given zero stars I would. The rudest and most insensible doctor office out there. Run as far away from this place as possible. The ladies at the front desk just sit and do nothing besides give attitude to everyone that walks into the office. This place takes so long to get in and no one knows what is going on ever.

Horrible wait time and extremely impersonal staff. I've sat in their wait room for hours and have yet to see a doctor. They will pass you to PAs to distract you. Literally sitting in the wait room now and writing a review to pass the time.

I have been coming here for a long time. I have changed doctors a few times because I am trying a natural lifestyle and I wanted to find someone who would give me a chance. I cannot stand medicine pushers which I have encountered too many times. I feel that these doctors only care about their pocket and not about the patient. If you want to wait for 3 hours to be seen then this is the place for you, the staff is friendly no problem with that but if we make an appt we should be seen at that time or close to that time we do have other things to do than to wait for 3 hours to be seen that is ridiculous!!

I was finally able to see after several hours. Run don't walk from this place! The doctor, an older woman, who wasn't dressed as a doctor was only worried about making sure I would be returning to do a million different tests I didn't need. In addition, she spent most of our appt. picking up personal calls from her son and asking me questions on his personal and financial issues. Unfortunately, my doctor has very limited working hours, but at least he's profesional and informed.

This place is awful. Waited 30 mins to see the doctor and eventually I left. Very rude and abrasive personalities at the front desk. Mismanaged office and poor customer service. I do not recommend.

LONG WAIT ! Too many patients not enough doctors 2 1/2 hour wait, what a horrible experience ! I had to come back just for them to fill out 3 pages of paperwork that took me a hour and a half just for them to do a simple explanation medical paperwork ..If you want to waste time this is the place to do so ..have a seat and be frustrated. Not knowing when you'll be done ...this supposed to be a health center that care for the patients needs but I guess not ... ps I had to come back to get a medical release form just so I can... read more
