Worst clinic in central Florida. It used to be ok when it was Central Florida Internist, now it looks like a Russian or Chinese Huan clinic. The doctors don't know what they doing, you can't barely see a doctor. The appointments are always in 3 months. The last time I've requested for a virtual appointment to see a doctor, they ended up making me see a nurse, whom was very unprofessional. I have never encountered a business more inept a serving their customers in my life. You make an appointment with their call center, who doesn't communicate with the lab at the location, so they didn't even have the injection I was scheduled to receive in stock. It took 45 min in the waiting room for them to figure that out and tell me. Today was the worst experience ever at Cano Dental. I had a 9a.m appt and didn't get seen till almost 12p.m. that's not all. I'v been having pain on some work that was done back in December. then covid hit i couldn't get to the doctor till now. Horrible experience as a new patient. Don't waste your time at this place. Time is valuable and places like this don't have any respect for that.
This is by far the very worst healthcare system imaginable. Impossible to get an appointment. When you do reach someone they don't have the ability to set the appointment. SO you then have to wait even longer for someone to call back . This is the biggest runaround you will ever experience in your life. One star is too many but they wouldn't let me put zero.
The lack of professionalism of this place is incredible, they do not have any kind of respect for the patient's time, or obviously, how he feels physically. My mother has lost a month with them and they are irresponsible when picking it up, they are never on time, and they never contact her to apologize for the delay. Without a doubt Cano Health is the worst health care company I have ever had the displeasure to work with. There is no communication from Dr. to patient and none within the company. I take a statin for cholesterol and have taken it for years. Cano took over the practice I had been going to and now I've been waiting for over a month for a refill. On June 4, 2020 I made an appointment to talk to Dr. William Pena. They gave me a phone call appointment for August 12, 2020. They called me on Monday, August 10th to confirm my appointment. We rescheduled it for today, Thursday, August 13, 2020. Worst medical experience in my life. The only reason I was even affiliated with this company is because my doctor of 18 years joined them. I went there one time in July for my annual. I got a call from them a week later and when I called back they said they didn't know why anybody had called me. However a long 30 second message was left on my voicemail in Spanish.
