In July of 2016, I was a new patient at Cano Health, specifically to Dr. Marlow Hernandez. My new patient experience was underwhelming at best, and fell under the usual category of being lengthy as with many new patient visits, due to paperwork needing to be filled out and what not. However, this visit took longer than usual because of the incompetence and disorganization of the front office staff. They have a clinic in 12600 sw 120 st. The called Clinicas del dolor y la artritis. My father went to the clinic by a pain in the back. They in any moment did a X-Ray, Them it was told that he had to make a treatment for 8 weeks. My father said to him but as knows what kind of treatment He knows what I have in the back. The person that it attended said that the doctor was so good, that just see it already knew what had. money, money money....., just money.

This place was absolutely horrible. I went in for a physical at 8am, at 10:30 I finally got called in. They took my vitals and sent me back outside to wait because all rooms were taken. At 12am i was finally seen by a physicians ASSISTANT!. They told me to come back on Monday for an ultrasound. I went back and waited another hour. The technician came out to inform me their machine was down. 2 months later (today)I received a letter stating I was in collections..
