Takes like 3 years just to get an appointment. Horrible service! The worst experience and the supervisor is no help.
DO NOT COME HERE!! This is my third time coming to this location and I am completely disappointed with the service here . The first time I came, I was 15 minutes late. I was told I would have to reschedule. I rescheduled and arrived on time for my new appointment and ended up waiting 40 minutes and was still not dealt with. Horrible! Extremely unprofessional staff and doctors. My mother had an appt at the Miami Gardens location. I was concerned about her lab results. When I began asking the Doctor questions, he said, "I AM NOT A MECHANIC, I AM A DOCTOR"! He hardly spoke English. Transferring her elsewhere.
Terrible experience today. I love my nurse practitioner, but the wait time is ridiculous. It's 1 o'clock, and my appointment was 1215. Don't they think that their patients time is valuable?
Worst office experience ever. Waited 2 hours only to have the office staff tell me they can't do what the doctor told them to do. They also barely speak English. They cater only to Spanish speaking clients.
Horrible . If you don't speak Spanish don't waste your time . And the wait is over 2 hours. Better off going to the hospital
I have been using Cano Health for 9 months, but I have decided that it is time to move on. It has been almost impossible to communicate with anyone there except for 3 notable exceptions - Dayma and Stephanie who speak English, and Dr. Rodriguez to whom I was assigned, (although he has never appeared as PCP on my insurance card). If I could give them half a star I would. I made an appointment through zocdoc and when I showed up I found out the doctor I had made the appointment with was away on vacation. Had to wait over two hours before being seen by a PA. Then the next time I go in just to get a paper signed they made me pay for another visit and would not let me see the PA unless they took all my vitals again-so they could charge the insurance for the visit. Unfortunately, I'm not able to leave a positive review for Cano health. Although I see the efforts in particular desk staff and genuine efforts in the medical assistants, there have been way too many downs then there have been ups and it's time to make the call. My first visit was horrid, it should not take over 3 hours to intake a new patient with an appointment.
