If I could give it zero stars I would. When you call it goes to a call center. Then you're on hold for 30 minutes waiting for an operator.when someone answers they put you on hold again. Then after waiting they say they can't connect you with office you need. They've done it in the past. Getting a simple referral is an hours long process and then they don't always do it. We moved to the area and were looking for a new doctor. We selected the office at 8967 Taft Street because it was convenient. Signing up as a new patient was extremely difficult. I had to make six calls back-and-forth between the new office and my old doctors office to try to get medical records faxed. Every time I called Cano Health I was given a different phone number and different information. What can I say. Dr Vargas incredibly unprofessional , rude and disrespectful. He is willing to put his patients in danger for not prescribing a refill to a medication that I been taking for 10+ years now. I have 2 refills left and the insurance policy changed for the new year so I had to come back to the office . Doctor wasted my time and left me in danger of my life . This place should be shut down. I will be getting my lawyer involved in this situation.

This practice is a complete circus. No one calls back, you speak to someone different every time you call and each person gives different information. Impossible to schedule an appointment and when you finally do, no one shows up. It's inexcusable and unacceptable the way the treat patients. My dad has been without medication for over 2 weeks because they refuse to fill without a visit but it's impossible to make one. Quite honestly the worst healthcare ever. Disgusting. I would give it zero stars but it's not an option.

This place does not care and at this point is incompetent Thieves , honestly if they do not start helping fix the mistake they made in regards to billing I fill be taking further steps with the necessary government and state departments. At this point I don't think these people could run a daycare let alone a medical facility . It is disgusting the lack of professionalism. When someone goes to the doctor for an ultrasound, gets charged for this ultrasound, and then is promised results within 3-4 days ... I guess it is just a standard assumption that you should get the results within 3-4 days and not a MONTH LATER. The level of fury that I have with this facility and the level of medical negligence present is repulsive. The ultrasound results were sent to me via email after I requested them 34 days later. I was treated so badly at the Armenia Ave in Tampa Florida. 1st time I was treated poorly I went in for Xrays for my knees. The tech told me that if I was not so fat my knees would not hurt. I only wore 195 pounds and I am 5 ft 7 in. which he should not had said. 2nd time I had scheduled an appointment for a COVID test and when I walked in the door and said my name. They set up an appointment at 1:00 pm I show up was ask to wait in a small Dr office for over 1 hour and a half and none came by to see me , I had to leave and then they call me 39 minutes after they notice I was not there , I will never go back there I feel very disrespectful not even coming by and said something for me to wait more.
