I don't know where to start. It's not like I don't know about Cano health. I was with them for four years. They are disrespectful, absent minded or just don't really care about their patients. I had to travel to Europe for work plus my husband and I were unhappy with them so we switched providers during travels. Cano health has ruined my providers office! Since their takeover, my primary care physician can no longer be reached at the office level and all correspondence is sent through Cano Health. This company has shows little regards to a patients health and healthcare needs! When calling to schedule an appointment with my PCP, they tried to book me with their other providers, whom I might add were not even in my insurance network! They insisted the visit would be covered but I'm sure they would have not hesitated to send me a bill... read more
This is another example of corporate healthcare gone bad - we had been going here for 3 years and were very satisfied - we found a nice, young Nurse Practitoner who was(at first) an excellent listener and careful about how she handled all our health concerns as we are both Senior citizens - we thought we were all set and she had frequently expressed how much she enjoyed our company and working with us(turned out to be untrue) there were some minor bumps(and one major one on a lab gaffe by Cano's lab) that reuslted in an unne... read more
They present themselves as caring for SENIORS and their Families. Well you decide. You can never call an office-you have to go through their call center...even if you are another Dr. looking to get Blood Tests or a referral.Prescriptions needed 2-3 calls. Referrals many more calls and ignoring the hospitals we wouldn't go to.I got 5-6 referrals for the same Dr. I told them worked out of a hospital I had surgery in and hospiced my brother.They just didn't listen. I am so disappointed with this company service. I have noticed last night that I didnt have my refill for my medication for colesterol so I knew I was in trouble. since I have been a patient for cano health, everything is begging, waiting and waiting. I went to the primary doctor Two months ago and had more blood work done a week ago. so I'm up to date to get my medications for diabetes, blood pressure and colesterol. Have been with Cano Health since this location opened. Over the years, doctors come and go without any notice. They draw blood, then they stop with out notice. Over 10 years I have never had a doctor return my call. I drive over to their office for assistance. This is not good medicine. You will be in trouble if you get really sick. Cano is a money making machine.
I was a patient here TEN YEARS AGO and to this day I am being harassed with marketing text messages from them. I have called every number available and spoken to FOUR people. There is no way to get these people to leave you alone. I warn you not to go to cano health. You will also wait no less than 1.5 hours in the waiting room every single time you go there. For a place with terrible service and worse customer service they sure are desperate for more patients. I've never come across a more desperate business in my life. ... read more
Just a joke operation. Billing Medicare is their only concern. You are just a monetary unit to them as long as you are alive. Do not go there if you value your well being
