I have been abused by doctor and front desk ladies. Dr Lidia Bello changed my meds doses gave me more prescriptions I started feeling bad. She refuses to do telehealth or talk to talk the phone. I came to a point that can't eat anymore or drink water. Why do I have to learn Spanish if I am in USA territory. I need a house visit because I am very tired and weak. This clinic are killing me. I tried other clinic of cano health and they refuse. I am not going back to this doctor or that clinic.

I am 68 years old and been a patient for over 10 years in the Pembroke Pines office. I just received a call to cancel an appointment for August 9th that was re-scheduled from June when they cancelled my appointment. They have now rescheduled me for sometime in October. Thank god I am not sick and this was to be a healthy appointment. This is totally unacceptable. I think its time for me to find a new doctor!

Absolutely horrible group!!! They no longer take Medicare so they now refuse to authorize my prescription refills that I'm out of! For the past few years their office personnel and many of their doctors are extremely unprofessional and condescending! They operate as a referral service rather than actual doctors! Stay far away from this group!!!

maria norvales on the after hours line can not be bothere! zero humanity! brushes it's off as talking or outs on hood without an acknowledgement just to not help the pt. she's not the 1st bad experience when I call ! on top of not known English any of them. they don't know how to spell these employees literally can't even do a simple task as taking a message. i was told they don't need the name of the medication I need refilled for inflammation I said I'm in pain she said so you need pain medication I said no it's not pain m... read more

Dr. Gilberto De Miranda is the worst doctor I have ever met in my entire life. This doctor currently works at Cano Health in the Hollywood office in Florida. He is very negligent, inefficient, unprofessional, and very rude. He does not care about the well-being of his patients, putting their health at risk. On 4/11/2024 I took my 69 year old husband to Cano (Office 6517 Taft St. Hollywood, FL 33024) for a consultation because of intense pain on his right knee. The worst ever!!!!! Dealing with CanoHealth is making me sicker than what I am. Hours spent on the phone doing THEIR job and trying to correct their mistakes. Nobody cares. Nobody calls back.
