Don't be fooled by these people. They are not even close to humanitarians. An office was opened on N. Federal Highway and quite a few of us were tickled to have PCP's so close. A few months (just a few) later, they announced this office is closing. Obviously, what else can you think, it didn't produce like they thought so they close it. To hell with the senior patients who now need to find medical care and transportation all over again. So sad, the Dr's there were superb. Beware

I am leaving this review on behalf of my wife. I have never witnessed such a moronic and unprofessional institution in my life. To think that people's livelihood is at the mercy of these people is baffling. My wife is very ill with Sjogrens & with lung complications; Because of this, she has to have quarterly infusions that assist in balancing her body out. Terrible service Transportation changing constantly leaving patients missing their critical Dr's. appointments Prescription refills taking 2-3 weeks leaving patients without their crucial required medicines Unnecessary tests​

horrible place no one speak english they are rude they dont send patients referrals they never answer phone calls absolutely poor patient care and not professional

after several years of being well served, this last year 2023 everything began to change even leading to me making the decision to never return to this place. change in doctors, complete disorganization, permanent changes in all personnel, and ultimately complete discomfort for the patient.

Went to them for years and went to make appointment because not feeling well and was told only seeing Medicare, Medicaid or Obama insurance.Now I have to urgent care and find a new doctor.Not good

Im not trying to convince anyone to disregard this place, Im just sharing my experience and you can do with this information whatever you wish. Ive always had private Insurance until I lost my job and had to go with Obama care. This place (Cano) is soo bad I would rather go without health Insurance because their service is so terrible you could have a heart attack at any minute while dealing with them. You don't deal directly with the clinic, instead they send all of your calls to a call center and thats where the nightmare ... read more

This company is terrible, does not care about your health. Cano Health bought a primary care office in fort Lauderdale about year ago where I was a patient for 15 years with same doctor who left the Cano Health Netwok. Since their purchase I never seen the same doctor always a new one. after 4 visits, I still do not know who is my primary care doctor. Cano Health? They care NOTHING about your health! They do not send referrals to specialists , lying to you, saying they do! I tried for 3 months to get a referral to an othorpedist. I had to cancel 3 appointments because referral was never sent. I called my Aetna insurance who told me Cano Health never requested a referral! I had to pay out of pocket yesterday to see my orthopedist $250 because of Cano's neglect and incompetency. Cano Health referrals arenstill lying to me saying they requested the referral!
