Referencing the 139av& 47 st in West Kendall Horrendous, Un professional and just plain dangerous The Staff is totally incompetent, to point they couldn't even fill a prescription. is insulting and heartless the way they treatEd the elderly. An older gentleman was begging to get referral for CT scan and the staff was just making his life miserable. They told him they would closed for Thanksgiving and the doctors and nurses were busy at office lunch.

Would not recommend to anyone. They employ the laziest physicians. Who tries to only use their certain home care agencies who provides the worst health care workers come into you place. No washing of hands. In few minutes they leave not using up the time they suppose to spend with patient Barely speak english. Take forever to get a response towards your care. Please dont use them. Dont care about pt. Now they merge with another company whom the employee has no professionalism. Personel at the front desk, are great.

Horrible service. I have been waiting over an hour to have blood work done. Not being able to call office is also a downfall. You have to call an 800 number which handles all offices. And to boot...some offices only accept Medicare, so i couldn't see my original doctor...not a fan of Cano Health. Definitely will be looking for a new provider!

horrible care!!! they don't answer the phones! don't call back if you are able to leave a message. I needed a prescription filled and they would not answer the phone. I called another Cano office and was told all their doctors ( there are 4) were all out sick! I asked what I was supposed to do that I have Covid and need help. I was told they couldn't help me. I've been going to this office in Pembroke Pines for close to 20 years. it just became Cano a year ago and has gone down hill. off the cliff's.

Don't be fooled by these people. They are not even close to humanitarians. An office was opened on N. Federal Highway and quite a few of us were tickled to have PCP's so close. A few months (just a few) later, they announced this office is closing. Obviously, what else can you think, it didn't produce like they thought so they close it. To hell with the senior patients who now need to find medical care and transportation all over again. So sad, the Dr's there were superb. Beware

I am leaving this review on behalf of my wife. I have never witnessed such a moronic and unprofessional institution in my life. To think that people's livelihood is at the mercy of these people is baffling. My wife is very ill with Sjogrens & with lung complications; Because of this, she has to have quarterly infusions that assist in balancing her body out. Terrible service Transportation changing constantly leaving patients missing their critical Dr's. appointments Prescription refills taking 2-3 weeks leaving patients without their crucial required medicines Unnecessary tests​

after several years of being well served, this last year 2023 everything began to change even leading to me making the decision to never return to this place. change in doctors, complete disorganization, permanent changes in all personnel, and ultimately complete discomfort for the patient.
