I had the worst experience of my life at Cano Health 813 S. Parson in Brandon. Although I have been a patient of Dr. Camejo for many years, the quality of the services, patient attention and the respect of patient rights and dignity had degraded immensely since Dr. Camejo joined Cano Health over a year ago. They are so stupid, they schedule me for bloodwork than my physical a week later, then at the last minute they call me and say i have to see the dr before I can do my blood work, then go back for my physical. Bunch of nonsense. they just want to bill as much as they possibly can for what should be 1 or two visits. Look for better PCP than these people.

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible, I can't give it a zero, so 1 star it is. First time using them made an appointment with their dental department not knowing how bad this place was. 4 months later, and still putting up with the b......., but once all work is done I am changing dentist. First of all, you can never make an appointment, because they never answer the phone, second they never put through pre-authorizations in insurance portals, but they do ask the patients to pay for services in cash. Very disappointed in the lack of regard for my time and continuously dropping the ball in not documenting referral and medication refill requests. I gave them more chances than they deserve. I wish I could give a minus star!

My father is an 89-year-old person who was scheduled for a medical appointment due to his severe rheumatoid arthritis tenderness, which causes him great distress and aggravation to walk like a normal human person. Her refusal to not take care of my father was thoughtless, irresponsible, and a violation of his rights as an older person who has insurance, Medicare, and has the right to be seen. Worst clinic in central Florida. It used to be ok when it was Central Florida Internist, now it looks like a Russian or Chinese Huan clinic. The doctors don't know what they doing, you can't barely see a doctor. The appointments are always in 3 months. The last time I've requested for a virtual appointment to see a doctor, they ended up making me see a nurse, whom was very unprofessional. I have never encountered a business more inept a serving their customers in my life. You make an appointment with their call center, who doesn't communicate with the lab at the location, so they didn't even have the injection I was scheduled to receive in stock. It took 45 min in the waiting room for them to figure that out and tell me. Today was the worst experience ever at Cano Dental. I had a 9a.m appt and didn't get seen till almost 12p.m. that's not all. I'v been having pain on some work that was done back in December. then covid hit i couldn't get to the doctor till now.
