It had been a few years for me since I used this office. It is now Cano Health. I am glad they kept the coffee machine. The place has changed some. I was told of an insurance change starting July 1 so I suggest asking if they will take your insurance. The staff was friendly and professional. I had a good visit. My only issue was that I sat in that waiting room waiting for my turn to see the doctor and I got to listen to patients discuss loudly in detail the reason for their visit, no privacy. One of the worst place I’ve come across. They don’t really care about your health and medical assistance are on their own trip. All I was doing was fighting for a prior authorization since July 2024 and they never did it. You can never reach their office and the call Centre forget about it, don’t get me started
What a great experience with this office. The staff at Cano Health on Taft Street in Hollywood made my son and I feel comfortable and well cared for. Dr. Blanco was very caring and knowledgeable and treated my son like a patient ,not a number. I would highly recommend this office. Also had a very easy time getting a referral to see his neurologist. (Which is very important as my son sees 3 different neurologist.
Dr. Gilberto De Miranda is the worst doctor I have ever met in my life. He is very negligent, inefficient, unprofessional, and very rude. He does not care about the well-being of his patients, putting their health at risk. I took my husband to Cano (6517 Taft St. Hollywood, FL ) for a consultation because of intense pain on his right knee. Obviously, he had to be referred to an Orthopedist. Their call center is disgusting you wait for 40 minutes to be answered and then they disconnect your call. I will be looking for another medical provider anyways when my mother goes to her appointment it’s always a new NP, Doctor etc… she was referred to an ophthalmologist and the ophthalmologist is requesting from them medical records and no answer from their part. My mother appointment with the ophthalmologist has been canceled due to their lack of service. The only way of getting through is showing up at the actual clinic... read more
