10/12/2023 I've had the same doctor for over 10 years. In the last 2-3 years Cano bought the practice and as of 5 months ago they sent a text message that they will no longer allow my doctor to see non-Medicare patients at the office. Why?? I have called their call center multiple times and no one is able to help me. I've asked for someone in administration that can explain this decision to me to call me back and am still waiting since July. The absolute worst company I have ever had to deal with!! Horrible! A nightmare! Minimum 15 minutes listening to that stupid music waiting for someone to pick up the phone (this is every time you call them, not just one time. Automatically 15 minute to speak to someone!) Today is the second time in two weeks that I have had to cancel my Dr. appt. because again, Cano did not send a referral to them! Cano health is going down fast. So my doctor is in my plan, the referral dept lied and said my Dr. was not in network when he is. Very unethical. 2 weeks later I am going to loose appt. When I need a clearance for surgery. Not nice Is this even legal to lie to a patient to push their Dr's. Which they didn't even mention another dr. Name. ​​

Cano Health is the worst thing to happen to the health and wellbeing of our family. If they force your doctor's office to join them, the doctor and you will be miserable. Dr. Caballero Osorio who is part of the Cano Health network as a health care physician in Hollywood, FL and has zero bedside manner. She does not take the time to listen before making assumptions regarding your concerns. She does not respond to phone messages and gets upset when you bring her attention to her lack of empathy or listening skills. Her staff is rude and not welcoming at all. To the pcp in pembroke pines..remember how you told your patient to take quinapril? It landed her in the er. Remember when you said patient would always be diabetic? To not monitor her sugars? To go to doctors alone? To provide medical diagnosis that is not ethical because its not for you to decide. Remember cano when you said that pcp has too many patients? I don't know where to start. It's not like I don't know about Cano health. I was with them for four years. They are disrespectful, absent minded or just don't really care about their patients. I had to travel to Europe for work plus my husband and I were unhappy with them so we switched providers during travels. Cano health has ruined my providers office! Since their takeover, my primary care physician can no longer be reached at the office level and all correspondence is sent through Cano Health. This company has shows little regards to a patients health and healthcare needs! When calling to schedule an appointment with my PCP, they tried to book me with their other providers, whom I might add were not even in my insurance network!
