3/17/2017 - REVIEW FOR DR. ARNALDO VILLAFRANCA & HIS STAFF Been here twice to see Dr. Villafranca and it has always been a pleasant experience. From the check in to the check out process the staff has always been friendly and courteous. Dr. Villafranca is very professional and really takes the time to speak with you. Also, he makes sure that before you leave, you do not have any questions.

Worst Clinic in West Miami. There are No good Clinics in Miami anymore. They all might have a good Primary Doctor but their system and procedures in scheduling is TERRIBLE. Shame on all of you.

Well this doesn't surprise me at all...as my review for Cano Health was taken off. That goes to show you that it is a terrible Health facility! I will write this again as my review must of hit a soft spot with them.. Do your research before you go to Cano Health..was with Family Practice for close to 10yrs until Cano Health took them over. I stayed like a dummy for about a year...No communication with this institution..Trying to get a referral is impossible been going thru this problem for the year that I have been with the... read more

Cano Health is the worse! Been going to Family Practice for 12yrs..then all the sudden they changed it to Cano Health ..The service is terrible trying to get a referral..I have been with Humana Gold Plus Advantage Plan for 15yrs..which you need to get referrals for specialist..well good luck getting one...been going to Cano Health for about a year..and it is becoming a nightmare with getting referral s from them...I call..my specialist call and still can't get any answers from the referral dept. I have had to cancel appoint... read more

Horrific and incompetent staff, no empathy, no professionalism. The front desk staff is lazy, contrary and rude. They make sooo many mistakes when asked to do simple tasks by the doctor and behave like they were raised in a barn. RUN, DO NOT WALK, AWAY FROM CANO HEALTH IF YOU VALUE YOUR HEALTH!! This is the worst primary care doctor's office I have ever dealt with.

Extremely rude and unprofessional. Laura at the front desk is extremely rude and unprofessional. The whole office appears to be in chaos and disorganized.

The referral process for Cano health is a disaster, they don't answer their phones. They have these out of the country agents that you can barely understand, taking messages making the patients wait longer for care which is not fair and should be against a health ethics law. I will not suggest any patient with HMO's, go for care at CANO health and that's for all their location. JUST NOT RIGHT!!!!!
