If you are not Spanish you are not welcome here .. period.. the office staff ignores you , even though they see you waiting .. They are extreme rude and have no communication skills unless you speak Spanish.. They call you back when it's your turn but then take someone else back as well and then weigh you in front of other patients, no privacy!' They offer a horrible service in all sense, customer service awful, I had an interaction with a PCP called Dr. Guinart who is the most unprofessional and rude person ever met. I DO NOT RECOMMEND CANO HEALTH!!! CEO and rest of executives should take serious matter on these issues if they still care this company.

My wife had a scheduled appointment for the Camo Health Center North Miami Beach via a Telavisit appointment. She sat there over an hour waiting in front of the camera and no one showed up, so she called and got a number that didn't work. Then when she finallly got through to them they gave her a second time and again she sat there and no one showed up. I wouldn't recommend this clinic to my worst enemy. They suck with no patient care or consideration.

Find another doctor group.. They made appointments for my sister and I without acknowledging us. They booked un needed procedures Why would you bring a pain medicine doctor To see my senior sister but gave her the same meds...crazy..that same doctor said my sister would have To Go to Miami for pain shot. We are in Deerfield Beach Florida. Get yourself Together. Cano because you are not nice nor competent

office staff is excellent. The one doctor dr shubin is a terrible doctor. He won't give referrals and can be very aggressive and confrontational,I would not recommend him at all. He is located at the office on Sheridan and university drive.
