The Cano Health phlebotomist allowed another patient to watch my bloodwork get drawn. The patient was trying to return a urine sample and instead of giving me privacy she stood in the doorway watching the entire process of my bloodwork get drawn. I have a serious and very private blood disease that I don't want to be shared with anyone and I felt like they put my information at risk of being exposed. If there was a zero that's what the number I would use. The patient is a 92 year old female who is recently diagnosed with dementia. The Dr that saw her knows this and refused to provide medications that would no longer give her the adverse side effects she was dealing with. Between the office administrator on to the Dr they have refused to respond to my calls for help and clarification. I was told over 5 days that I would receive a call and never did. The one at 8199 N University dr is horrible. Supposedly I had a virtual visit at noon. The sent a link and I waited 20mins. I called them back to make sure I was in the right place and the lady told me that he would call and there is no specific time when, then she hung up!!! Good bye CANO. I understand now why you're filing for bankruptcy.

HORRIBLE unprofessional customer service. I just came from this office trying to get an appointment and they refused to give me one because "it takes a long time to check their calendar" LAZY people who don't want to work whatsoever not even helping patients. I have been abused by doctor and front desk ladies. Dr Lidia Bello changed my meds doses gave me more prescriptions I started feeling bad. She refuses to do telehealth or talk to talk the phone. I came to a point that can't eat anymore or drink water. Why do I have to learn Spanish if I am in USA territory. I need a house visit because I am very tired and weak. This clinic are killing me. I tried other clinic of cano health and they refuse. I am not going back to this doctor or that clinic.

They are prejudice and don't answer your calls if you're american. Because I canceled an appointment they would not answer my calls. I'm a very sick lady with a lot of medical problems. At times I just don't have the energy to go in and because of that they haven't been answering my calls
