I am 68 years old and been a patient for over 10 years in the Pembroke Pines office. I just received a call to cancel an appointment for August 9th that was re-scheduled from June when they cancelled my appointment. They have now rescheduled me for sometime in October. Thank god I am not sick and this was to be a healthy appointment. This is totally unacceptable. I think its time for me to find a new doctor!

My mother missed her scheduled appointment with the Neurologist, Dr. Silvana, on Monday, July 8th because the person who answered the phone said she didn't speak English when I called to confirm the address as we were driving to the office. She answered in Spanish, and when I politely asked if she spoke English, she rudely replied "no" and left me on hold for twenty minutes. Absolutely horrible group!!! They no longer take Medicare so they now refuse to authorize my prescription refills that I'm out of! For the past few years their office personnel and many of their doctors are extremely unprofessional and condescending! They operate as a referral service rather than actual doctors! Stay far away from this group!!!

Have changed PCP's they are still contacting me for future appointment. Tried to call to advise accordingly but could not hold for an hour.

maria norvales on the after hours line can not be bothere! zero humanity! brushes it's off as talking or outs on hood without an acknowledgement just to not help the pt. she's not the 1st bad experience when I call ! on top of not known English any of them. they don't know how to spell these employees literally can't even do a simple task as taking a message. i was told they don't need the name of the medication I need refilled for inflammation I said I'm in pain she said so you need pain medication I said no it's not pain m... read more
