I been with this office for over 4 years. My first Dr moved away, and I been under Dr. Fichera. Unfortunately I can't say I ever met her. Only met physician asst. Who was very nice and knowledgeable.

The office in Pembroke was disgusting. I was told if I was sick I would be give a nurse practitioner and dr spent very little time on my physical. Also, it's been weeks and I have received my blood work results.

Dr. Ficher's office charges you an office visit to pick up diagnostic equipment. When asked why, I was told by the billing department that it was mandatory and the insurance company requires them (DO) to do so because the nurse as to explain how to use the equipment. LIE! I called my insurance company to verify that information and was told they (IC) DO NOT require an office visit to pick up diagnostic equipment. Make sure you verify all CPT codes with your insurance company for proper billing

Overall poor care and service. Dr. Stearns and her staff are unprofessional, reluctant to answer any questions and express their lack of care for their patients. It is unfortunate that they even go out of their way to mistreat you. I would never recommend Dr. Stearns. Front desk person, Lourdes is particularly unprofessional and has a horrible attitude.

Dr. Fichera was my general doctor for 2 years. IT was very hard to schedule an appointment with Dr.Fichera. Most of the times they assigned me to a PA. The office staff is rude and highly unorganized. Rosa does not return calls when its about patient refund. Never recieved refund after 15 non-returned calls. Person in records is very rude when asked to transfer files to new Doctor. Recommendations to Dr. Fichera: please change the person in charge of your staff. You are loosing your patients.
