Love Dr Fichera have been going to her for years Takes her time with you and is very thorough
She was great! Very knowledgeable, shows compassion, has a great sense of humor and answers all your questions. Wait time 10-15 mins. Her Medical Assistant was super friendly, educated and great with drawing blood. The check out lady was the only flaw. She wasn't as friendly. Overall the doctor and the staff were great.
My wife and I have been patients at Healthy Partners Primary Care, Dr. Pamela Sterns for around 10 years, generally the office is straight out of the 1970s, old equipment, etc. We thought we had a good and healthy relationship with Dr. Sterns. I recently had the unfortunate opportunity to meet Dr. Nicole Gallego at Cano Medical Center in Pembroke Pines, an overwhelmingly disappointing encounter. From start to finish, it became evident that this doctor had no compassion, zero bedside manner, and seemed utterly dissatisfied with her current status at CANO MEDICAL CENTER. I went to see Dr Gallego on 8/31/22 for a follow up for tests she ordered for me. The office said she had an emergency and was not there. I said ok, reschedule. They said sorry, as of September 1, we no longer accept United Healthcare patients. So I’m .left with no doctor, no follow up and despair. This office gave no notice....just dropped us. Totally uncaring! Beware!

Horrible service got sick and was sent twice to a clinic as she and her nurse where not in the office (middle of the week). No back up doctors. Was prescribed a medication that did not want but when I asked for a prescription medication that I have taken and prescribed in the past as I had to travel she refused as she wanted me to do my whole physical blood work that was not due in that month and only until the end of November. there is no need for blood work for that particular medicine. Sorry for the bad experience you had. Most likely was lack of communication. The office has been changing staff members due to Covid and lack of employees. Lab work is ordered for annual and follow up appointments specially if on medicines but not necessarily are needed to refill medicines unless more than 6 months have passed since last visit.
5 Stars as a Dr She diagnosed a skin issue that 2 Drs & a derma couldn't figure out. She advised on treatment & it improved quickly, to where it's not an issue anymore. She also helped w/ weight & improving overall health. BUT, I now need to find another Dr. On a visit 10 yrs ago I heard complaining about there being too many patients scheduled. She was right. Terrible experience every time-will be switching To a new doctor. This office is terribly unresponsive and only cares about getting you in and out to bill for an office visit. Rude and don’t care about patients health.
