I want to leave zero star if I can! Doctor only cares about money he make, charge for nothing! Dishonest doctor, report service I never get. Never return to visit this doctor, tons of bill will follow.

If you agreed to pay much more than what you get and do much more tests than what you actually need, go and visit him. One normal office visit followed with tons of bills.

I was a patient of doctor Fichera for about 7 years. A few years ago she diagnosed me with diabetes. All of my follow up appointments were with someone else besides dr. Fichera. After several requests throughout my illness, Dr. Gallego refused to prescribe the right medication, which endangered my life and resulted in me having diarrhea for seven weeks. I had to switch to another primary doctor who immediately realized the gravity of my condition and prescribed the right medication. I apologize if you were not getting the right information over the phone. I never deny medicines to patients. I always tell my patients to please see me again if not getting better. I always tell my staff to encourage patients to make appointment if feeling sick. I do care about all my patients. I do refer to specialist if for some reason treatment is not working. I apologize again for the miss understanding.

Terrible experience, mislead on price, rude behavior doctor only cares about money makes you wait for no reason if anyone knows how to report to a board or something please post comment

No. The office staff are unprofessional. It like you are at a free Government clinic. You have staff members with facial piercing and tattoos.

Rudest, most inconsiderate physician I have ever come in contact with. Extremely degrading. Not worth my time. I'm surprised he is still in practice. Staff is incompetent as well. I feel sorry for his returning patients as they probably do not receive proper medical care.

My mother tripped and fell on her knee last fall. She has been to seeing an Orthopedic surgeon for a torn meniscus which has totally debilitated her. She was scheduled to have knee surgery after trying everythin else. The day before the surgery, Dr. Stearn cancelled it without consulting my mothe because of a tiny mode found on her lung. All other test were normal. My mother has no risk factors for lung cancer. My mother now has become despondent and is in horrible pain. Thank you, Dr. Stearn!
