The worst ever!!!!! Dealing with CanoHealth is making me sicker than what I am. Hours spent on the phone doing THEIR job and trying to correct their mistakes. Nobody cares. Nobody calls back. No wonder they are going Bankrupct. Nobody speaks English. Doctors and Dentists stink. Referrals not done. Wrong codes or no codes on Referrals. Atrocious atrocious atrocious. This business is terrible, they call you at the last minute to tell you that you have an appointment the next day, and then that day they don't come to pick you up. Transportation is supposed to be provided for seniors. They don't give the referrals when they're supposed to. My Mother went to an appointment that they referred her to a specialist and when she went they didn't have the referral. He estado por 40 min esperando para que me atienda alguien y nada. Hace más de 1 mes le pusieron una prescripción para un balón de oxígeno a mi papa y todavía estamos esperando, hace 15 días me dijeron que estaba en proceso.

Please don't go here. There is a reason they have filed for bankruptcy. Restructuring is definitely NOT in their future. When you press 1 for English and greeted with 'hola' to be put back on hold until someone can translate... Restructuring!!!!

Just overall disappointed in Cano Health. Called me at the end of 2023 right after Christmas to tell me they can no longer see me because they don't take my insurance any longer (after 4 years) and will only take Medicare and Medicare Advantage plans. Cancelled my two appointments for lab work in early January for prescription refills and would not refer me to another doctor. I offered to go out of network and pay the difference to continue until I could find a new PCP and she said "no, that is illegal", which is not true if... read more

Referencing the 139av& 47 st in West Kendall Horrendous, Un professional and just plain dangerous The Staff is totally incompetent, to point they couldn't even fill a prescription. is insulting and heartless the way they treatEd the elderly. An older gentleman was begging to get referral for CT scan and the staff was just making his life miserable. They told him they would closed for Thanksgiving and the doctors and nurses were busy at office lunch.

Would not recommend to anyone. They employ the laziest physicians. Who tries to only use their certain home care agencies who provides the worst health care workers come into you place. No washing of hands. In few minutes they leave not using up the time they suppose to spend with patient Barely speak english. Take forever to get a response towards your care. Please dont use them. Dont care about pt. Now they merge with another company whom the employee has no professionalism. Personel at the front desk, are great.

Don't be fooled by these people. They are not even close to humanitarians. An office was opened on N. Federal Highway and quite a few of us were tickled to have PCP's so close. A few months (just a few) later, they announced this office is closing. Obviously, what else can you think, it didn't produce like they thought so they close it. To hell with the senior patients who now need to find medical care and transportation all over again. So sad, the Dr's there were superb. Beware
