Came in for the first time to the Taft and Douglas location since my other location no longer takes private insurance. There's plenty parking so that was no issue. Appt was at 8:30. I came in at 8. About 8:10 someone came from the back and started shouting everyone's name on the check in list to ask what they were here for which I thought it was unprofessional. I read so many bad comments about Cano before went for a test this morning. Turned out it was not bad at all. The staff there were friendly and professional.

I am a patient of PA CUERVO and let me tell you she is the best at Cano health Westchester she is caring and so knowledgeable that I have insurance that they don't take but I don't mind paying the fee to see her. My props to cano health for this dr

Love the place from the moment you walk in you meet Jannet in the front so friendly so professional really nice way to begin your day, all staff super nice and Doctor amazing also. Highly recommended.

I just joined Cano Medical Health Group. My Doctor, Dr. Angel Rodriguez, comes across as competent, having excellent bed manners, as well as been very attentive to details regarding/relating to patient's health; both current and past medical history, as well. It feels reassuring to have one's PCP's office follow up, after an office visit, monitoring one's status when one happens to have special conditions which may increase vulnerabilities, health wise. I have been suffering from Lupus and fibromyalgia for more than 30 years. Initially I was seen by 3 physicians, General, Internist and Rhuematologist. All said I had fibromyalgia. I have dealt with Dr.Chloe I believe she is the PA, Lemme just say I've dealt with many different doctors gynocologist and Dentist. Chloe. C is my favorite of all time she listens and she does everything in her power to help you. We need more people like her in the health care field. All the others I come across thus far is just out for your pocket.

3/17/2017 - REVIEW FOR DR. ARNALDO VILLAFRANCA & HIS STAFF Been here twice to see Dr. Villafranca and it has always been a pleasant experience. From the check in to the check out process the staff has always been friendly and courteous. Dr. Villafranca is very professional and really takes the time to speak with you. Also, he makes sure that before you leave, you do not have any questions.

Cano Health is the worse! Been going to Family Practice for 12yrs..then all the sudden they changed it to Cano Health ..The service is terrible trying to get a referral..I have been with Humana Gold Plus Advantage Plan for 15yrs..which you need to get referrals for specialist..well good luck getting one...been going to Cano Health for about a year..and it is becoming a nightmare with getting referral s from them...I call..my specialist call and still can't get any answers from the referral dept.
