He looked at me for 3 minutes after an hour wait, then told me I should go to the emergency room to see an ENT. We want to the emergency room where they told us the exact opposite of what Sean said and informed us that the emergency room doesn’t have an ENT. Sean did not care enough to adequately check my ailment and essentially took $75 for incorrect info.

Over 2 hours wait. When finally I get sent to the room she tells me that's she's going to lunch for 30min plus. Never again
