My experience with doctor Alvarez was a wonderful he's funny and make you feel comfortable talking to him but he need to know about some of his staff and how they treated me after my appointment I called back for a referral to see an eye doctor and some of the people in his place of business gave me the run-around I never got the referral and whoever those people was kept saying it was taken care of but I never did get the referral what his employees did has no bearing on him as far as I'm concerned he is a very nice person ... read more
Dr. Hess helped me at an urgent care clinic where I had to go for an emergency. It was a sensitive matter but he made me feel very comfortable and not at all embarrassed. I am thinking of switching to him as my primary care doctor.

This entire office is incompetent. My son went in with a torn bicep and a broken hand. It took them a week to get the pain meds to the pharmacy - a week of us calling constantly until we showed up in person. The MRI referral took a week to get and it was wrong. He's too big and needs an open MRI. Told us we'd have to wait for the next week when the person who does referrals is back in the office. The referral for the hand xray is still no where to be found. Dr. Alvarez seen me on today’s date for the first time. My current doctor Luis Castano transferred to another practice. I went in for a follow up and was seen by him. He was very rude. He made me feel uncomfortable during examination because no one was in the room, I had to lift my dress up Standing in front of somebody that I don’t even know he did not help me.
