Dr. Fichera is really an Exceptional Doctor even on her hectic days. Thank you for being there.
Excellent Doctor, she cares about her patients listen and try to help and solve your necessities, she goes beyond to find the root of your problem, instead most doctors here that only prescribe pain killers and opioids in order to make money.

BEST OFFICE EVER! Dr Chen is a great doctor that spends a lot of time with everyone. The staff has been there for 12 years so they know their stuff & ALWAYS go above & beyond to help ANY patient. They even drop things to my house so I dont have to drive. They have a billing office that specializes in billing for the patient's ease of questions. If you want a great doctor that knows what he is doing & staff that treats you like family, Dr Chen is it.. Im also diabetic & he has my numbers WAY down

I have been seeing Dr. Stearns for more than 5 years now, and even thought and live in Weston, i keep choosing her as my primary care doctor every time i change insurances. She is nice, caring and takes her time to answer my questions. Her staff has been always really nice and has been the most competent one in all medical offices i have dealt with. Also the waiting time is most of the time 10-20 min. Occasionally i had to wait a lot longer inside, but not often.
My mother just started going to Dr Chen and we are very please. Instead of the usual 5min dr visit we are use to, Dr Chen spent almost 2hrs answering questions. I highly recommend this Doctor if you are looking for someone who cares.
Dr. Stearns and her staff treated me with respect, professionalism and compassion. Her staff was efficient and Dr. Stearns herself showed sincere empathy when I shared my concerns and history, something truly rare in the medical world today. She did not rush me and was not quick to prescribe medication, which I have seen a lot of in this day. I highly recommend her. She is worth the wait because she is a trusted physician.
Dr. Fichera saved my life when the doctors in the hospital had no clue why my condition was failing. Dr. Fichera came in everyday and took charge, she did what was necessary to make me better! This is why I will be forever grateful and from 2010 until now 2016 she will always be my doctor!
