This place was absolutely horrible. I went in for a physical at 8am, at 10:30 I finally got called in. They took my vitals and sent me back outside to wait because all rooms were taken. At 12am i was finally seen by a physicians ASSISTANT!. They told me to come back on Monday for an ultrasound. I went back and waited another hour. The technician came out to inform me their machine was down. 2 months later (today)I received a letter stating I was in collections.. There are places that stop being the great place they once were. Dr. Raul Ayala's Riverview office is one of those places. I have been a regular patient with them for years and I am sad to say that it ends. I was sick a month back with a fever and headache, so I made an appointment to Dr. Ayala to get checked out. It was to my dismay that I was not seen by Dr. Ayala as always, but by another doctor who ended up diagnosing me with a Puerto Rico mosquito virus. $65 later, I was told to just tough it out and come back for a b... read more
