Cano Health should be ashamed of Dr. Idalia Mendez, a Primary Care Phisician working at the 9555 N.Kendall Drive facility. She is arrogant, and insults the elderly. I know from experience because I was a patient there but never again! I decided to complain to Paula at the executive office but also with the Medicare board. This lady has no business treating the elderly like myself. I'm 73, disabled and have left Cano Health after sending me to another facility following my complaint. It is she who ought to be transferred ... read more

Hi I have been going to Cano Health for 3 years now. Last week i called to have my prescriptions renewed and no one answered at the Pompano Beach location.Thats nothing new it happens all the time!! So I called the Miami # and gave the person my info and she said I was not in the system, couldn't fine me!! I had some trouble with a nurse a while back at this location and complained about it. Maybe they do not want me as a Patience any longer?? Guess I will find another Dr. Cant get any worse then these guys. Cano is a rea... read more

Horrible service. Horrible organization. Currently sitting in doctors office and they don't know or have all my information to treat me. I am Being asked to wait to get my chart. I arrived about an hour prior to my appointment. Finally, I am now with doctor two hours later and doctor is not prepared to provide service. Another doctor walks in an explains that there was a mistake and they have two charts for me. They also informed me that I was was scheduled for the wrong appointment. Horrible service. Horrible organization. Currently sitting in doctors office and they don't know or have all my information to treat me. I am Being asked to wait to get my chart. I cannot recommend this clinic, the customer of service is the worst or simply does not exist in the cano health clinics. They do not answer the phones and when one manages to communicate with someone is not well informed, there are telephone operators, but the clinics do not answer them, the solution is to leave a message and then nobody returns the call.
