I was a patient of Dr. Stearns for over 15 years until Cano Health bought out the practice and WHAT A MESS it is. Negative five stars for the new practice and front office staff, especially the most incompetent, disrespectful and rude receptionist. Honestly one of the most rude people I have ever Ever met. Stay away and save yourself the aggravation of horrible, unwelcoming, unpleasant and disrespectful front office staff. I have been a patient of Dr. Stearns for over 30 years and she is fantastic. Always caring, takes the time to listen to your health issues and her office manager, Lourdes, make a great team. I feel comfortable with Dr. Stearns because she can relate to my aging issues and advises me accordingly.
Dr Stearns has been our primary care physician for almost 15 years. She followed Dr Talan. She has always been very caring and made us feel comfortable during the office visits. Unfortunately know the office does not take our insurance and we have to find another provider. If you are her patient you are definitely in good care! We will always be thankful to her, to Priscilla APRN and her staff.
I have been a patient at this office for 20 years, before they were with Healthy Partners. I have always felt that Dr. Stearns and everyone in her practice are very caring and professional. The current nurse practitioner, Precilla Pineda, is so nice and really takes time to listen. When I called the office after exposure to Covid, the office manager, Lourdes called me back a couple of days later just to make sure I was okay. As always, Dr. Stearns and her staff are fantastic. My needs are always addressed in a timely manner. Priscilla is fantastic. I always receive the very best care from her, no matter the day or time. She’s always there for me, and I trust her with my health needs.
