Dr Charles is the best everyone should go to her. she listens she's explain. I love it. I'm 30 years old that was the best experience I ever had with a doctor.
This is my first& last visit. The front desk lady dosen't even acknowledged you when you sign in or check out. She dosen't even speak or even try to comprehend English instead she gets frustrated & yell at the patients & yes I have a recording of her doing that. This is Miami get someone who is fluent bilingual in English/Spanish & English/Creole. I waited almost 2hrs for my daughter appt. They won't stop calling me! I'm not a patient and never have been. I have my own doctor(s). I've asked them REPEATEDLY (5+ times) to stop calling me and they just won't. It's borderline harassment at this point.
i would give this office a zero if i could so unprofessional first they cancelled my appointment without me even knowing until i called the day of my appointment in may when i already waited 2 weeks for the appointment and then they rescheduled me and then waited until its close to my appointment for june to cancel it yet again because now the doctors dont take my insurance . and now telling me i have to wait again until the end of july for another appointment with another doctor. never had this issue with my old office so m... read more
I never cared enough to write bad reviews about this place but it has gone too far. First off, let me start by saying it’s impossible to get a refill for medication through calling. The only way you’ll get one is if you go in for a consult and it’s not supposed to be that way. If a patient calls for a refill the front desk or whoever you speak to is supposed to deliver the message to the doctor and the doctor is supposed to refill it based on if the patient has been coming to the appointments.
