This is my first& last visit. The front desk lady dosen't even acknowledged you when you sign in or check out. She dosen't even speak or even try to comprehend English instead she gets frustrated & yell at the patients & yes I have a recording of her doing that. This is Miami get someone who is fluent bilingual in English/Spanish & English/Creole. I waited almost 2hrs for my daughter appt. My husband went to the appointment today for 3 months f/u well that nurse that is there she always rude . The first time I went there the nurse very rude and lies. Told my husband I wasn’t coming back. Today my husband appointment. That same nurse was rude. For my husband to walk out its a big thing . That nurse need retraining. The Haitian nurse
I have been requesting my son’s immunization records for almost a year now. The office either hangs up, you get the call center and they don’t know what you’re talking about. You repeat what you need a million times just for nothing to happen!!!! It’s not that hard to fax , email records over. My son’s new pediatrician has had their staff repeatedly fax over my authorization to release since October of 2024. I never cared enough to write bad reviews about this place but it has gone too far. First off, let me start by saying it’s impossible to get a refill for medication through calling. The only way you’ll get one is if you go in for a consult and it’s not supposed to be that way. If a patient calls for a refill the front desk or whoever you speak to is supposed to deliver the message to the doctor and the doctor is supposed to refill it based on if the patient has been coming to the appointments. If i Can give the center 10 stars i could ,Dr Andre is a great doctor and understands my needs i used to see dr Ruiz also and hes good too. I started coming to this center and Vanessa was the first person to receive me and she helped me in so many ways she was so patient and was so nice and sweet i always said if she leaves i would leave too she is just the best. She made sure that i had all i needed she is the best!! I Recommend doctors medical center
