I was very surprised and pleased. I haven’t had the opportunity to sit this long with a doctor in years. Dr. George Layton 🤩🤩🤩 for my new patient appointment. The staff was very helpful even though insurance was a nightmare. They even helped with that. The front desk personnel was amazing and extremely helpful. Dr. Layton was absolutely amazing. Dr.Layton was always so sweet and compassionate unfortunately he is no longer in charge of my family members care. It is now Dra.H or E (not sure how you spell her name) I received a call from this woman a few minutes before 5PM and it was the most nerve wracking telephonic experience I had ever had this woman lacked so much understanding, compassion and phone etiquette. Cannot even make an appointment through phone call. After waiting for 20 minutes the first person answered my call. After telling her that I am a new patient she transferred me to what she called the new patient department. However, the second person who answered the call quickly transferred me to somewhere else again. This is a complete primary care. They have lab, therapy, X- ray, and no need for an appointment if you need to see the Dr. They always take care of u. Dr. LAYTON is the best of the best, take he’s time to listen, explains everything well, and he's caring with his patient.
