0 stars. I went in for my visit. Dr. G gave medication and said he would send another medication into the pharmacy. The medication was sent and needed authorization. I called 10+ times and the insurance denied my medication due to no response. I had a follow up appointment for blood work... I went and let the provider know... my medication authorization didnt receive a response... his response... oh you dont need it, I can give you the pill form as he had samples in the office. I used to be a patient of Dr. Marenus and then Dr. G here, and they were my PCPs for many years until Dr. Marenus sold the practice. Back then it used to be a great office. The difference between then and now is like night and day. This place is the perfect example of why corporate medicine is a very bad thing. The folks who work there now couldn't care ANY less about you. You are just a number. They follow through on nothing. This is the worst place ever to take your love one. My sister is a mental health and her medication is finished. We’re waiting for 3 weeks for a prescription refill, I called the office every single day for that prescription, no one care I went to the office in person for that refill, nothing have done. Finally tonight I call the insurance to switch my mental sister to a different provider. Also my mental health sister hast a phone call appointment with the psychiatrist today at 9:45 am. Would not recommend. Hard to contact the office as there is only a corporate number. No call backs. No follow through by staff to place prescriptions. When showing up at the office very little help from Nadia at the front desk. When voicing my concerns and asking to speak with someone, was told by her that I have an appointment next month and can discuss it then. I have had the same MD (Dr. G) for many years with no complaints, but once Cano Health took over things changed.
