They have made a big turnaround from 1 year ago. Doctors are kind, caring and attentive. The referral department has also made a big turn around. They are there to navigate you to the right department for service. Seems like Cano Health has made a total change. Staff seem to have gotten the proper training and phone etiquette, that was desperately needed. Over all, I’m very impressed with the changes Cano Health, has made..Congratulations keep up the training and hiring of superstars! Glad I stayed with you as a patient!
I’ve called trying to make an appointment for my SO and the person I had spoken to hung up on me more than once and the last call was just picked up and hung up. Horrible customer service
They give my family great and professional services. Staff is pleasant and nice. 5 Star for the drivers as well.

I LIKE MOST OF THE PCP,AND I DON'T HAVE ANY PROBLEMS WITH MY REFERRALS, BUT GETTING MY REFILLS ARE SOMETIMES A LITTLE TRICKY. BUT I'VE BEEN WITH CANO SEVERAL YEARS SO I'M FINE WITH THAT.
