Very disappointed in this doctors office. So this was going to be my first time as a new client with Dr. Martinez. I made my appointment almost a week out. I have a two year-old son so I made sure to have a babysitter that day. Well the office called me about three times to verify insurance information saying that I held two insurances which made no sense. Cano Pine's taft office is amazing The office was nice everyone was nice. Gave me coffee and water to figure out my I d problem. The manager ylane is very nice to help me and kind I like this office
Friendly staff at the front. I was early to fill out the paperwork and waited an hour for my vitals. Then I waited another 30 minutes in a secondary waiting room and another 30 in the actual exam room. Dr. Golin did not ask me any questions regarding the reason for my visit or about my health. She did, however, talk to me for 25 minutes about a documentary, and I had to stop her from walking out so I could request prescription refills, which was why I was there. Ellien is very good manager. I have problem with 2 receptionist at the front desk too. I change my 1 star review to 5 stars because she helped me to fix the problem right away. If you have any problem there, ask to talk to manger - Eileen. She will help you out.
I don't like Golin. She's "not a head to toe" doctor which in my opinion, is a terrible thing to say as a PCP. She doesn't have time to hear your concerns but can talk your ear off about her family.
