Had a physical done today and let’s just say, I’m glad Dr. Golin was there. She’s truly amazing and made me and my mom feel like we’ve known her for years. Not only is she easy to talk to, but she’s also knowledgeable, and professional when it comes to her work. 5 stars hands down !
I came in to the office to speak to the manager about a referral issue the lady went to go tell her. It was so quiet in the office to where I can hear her say “ what happened what do they need, tell them I’m in a meeting” so rude and distasteful I’m very disappointed with the way I’ve been handled by this office. the girls at the front office their nice and very helpful. I’ve been a patient at cano health for 15 years. I am searching for a new doctor office outside of Cano Health.
Nehemie at the front desk is the best. She is very efficient and very informative she care about patient appointments she call to confirm my appointments and keep me up to date. Ylande the office manager also is very helpful and nice when it comes to assisting and making sure we are seen at our appointment time. I really enjoy being a patient at pines Taft.
DR Golin is such an amazing doctor. I never liked going to doctors because I always felt condemn. But from the moment I met her she was so comforting and said, let's get these labs under control. I been under her care for almost 2 years and I wouldn't change her for nothing in the world.
very unprofessional spot. come for annual check up n the Dr. is in emotional n didn’t treat me professional. The manager catch it n reschedule me to come back again the next day. waite for an hour n still not get see. during that time I keep checking with the front desk n still got no answer until I have to leave for my kid. what the front desk lady do is told me to come back in another day because they are very busy n got behind.
