From the free coffee machine to the receptionist, Dr. Alexi Shubin, the nurses. Everyone is on point. I truly love this office. Having been to this location a couple of times for my mom’s appointment I can truly say that Dr. Shubin is an absolutely amazing provider. We have had other providers that write off her aches and pains as just phases of age but Dr Shubin was attentive and listened to what my mom had to say. He took the time to educate and provide insight on ways to improve my moms care and well being. He asked asked questions to better understand who she was as not only as a patient but as human being. Dr. Shubin is the absolute best. He was extremely thorough with his examination and advice. Our conversation during my appointment showed me that he genuinely cares for his patients and has their best interests at heart. The staff was also super nice and welcoming. Great doctor, staff, and system!
The staff at this office has always gone above and beyond. Dr. Shubin is the best! He's very attentive and thorough. I have been in this practice for 8/9 years. A few years ago it transitioned to Cano Health and sincerely I had nothing positive to say about this practice. Until one day I received a phone call from Erminia also known as Mimi whom since that day has slowly but surely transformed every single possible negative to beyond perfect.
