Very disappointed with your Palm Harbor staff service. I have had issues with the billing of my insurance company. I have had serveral conversations with both Humana the office staff. I was told by Humana they did not code the service properly and the staff says the did. A patient should not have to tell the provider how to code the service to get it covered. Do yourself a favor and find a doctor that is concerned with providing quality service. I do not recommend Cano.
Unhelpful. never followed through on my requests to get my records. Refused to help with basic mental health care. Never bothered to tell me they were dropping my insurance company. Don’t recommend.
They wouldn't know Customer service if it bit them in the BUTT..You have to call MIAMI..TO GET AN APPOINTMENT..THIS IS LAUGHABLE..NO CONTINUITY OF CARE..DON'T FORGET CALL MIAMI IF YOU HAVE AN EMERGENCY..YOU CAN NEVER SPEAK TO ANY OFFICE, WHERE THERE IS A PHYSICIAN PRESENT..CALL MIAMI..SO UNPROFESSIONAL..NOT PATIENT FRIENDLY EITHER...WHAT MORON CREATED THIS IDEA???
