I originally left a 1-star review because I had been waiting over a week for a referral and couldn’t get past the front desk. After the owner responded to my review, the issue was addressed and the referral was sent today. I appreciate them taking the time to follow up and resolve the problem. Thank you for the help
This center is very well organized and super clean. Never need to wait long to get help or see my doctor. The staff is very friendly and respectful. I've known Dr. Diaz for many years and is always on top of all my health matters, very professional. Other valuable members I would like to mention, Enrique, the doctor's assistant, and Emily in the frontdesk, both so nice and very helpful! My mom has been at this center for many years. I specially like the extra attention she receives from her doctors and nurses. They are thorough and they care about the patients. But the best part of this center is Yaima Rodriguez, the center manager. She goes above and beyond to treat everyone as if they were her own family member. That’s extremely important to me. She goes the extra step.
