The referral office is the worst I've ever experienced. My mother had to wait every single time for a more than 2 hours phone call in order to get the referral. Don't waste your time in this Clinic!

Changed my mother's private practice PCP for Cano Health in West Kendall, feeling I should give them a try. After talking with the customer service rep, what we heard we liked. After 5 months I can say we made a good choice. Staff is very caring and helpful. Doctor Herrera Garcia is my mother's PCP and he is a great professional and human being. But what I mostly appreciate is the care everybody shows for the elderly. My mother has everything in one place, doctor, physical therapy for her legs, xrays, bloodwork, pharmacy. ... read more

Let me tell you guys about this terrible clinic. It is by far the worst clinic i have ever been a patient of. I am not an elderly person, perhaps elderlys do not leave reviews and most dont speak english, i know i am a patient there. This clinic first of all has an answering service so theres no way to speak to anyone at the clinic, any concern you may have the answering service relates a message to the clinic supposedly they call you back. If anyone is listening at Cano Health could you please tell your drivers not to honk their horns. They beep their horns in a townhome area where bedrooms are in the front to the house and 5 houses down they are beeping their horns before they get to the house of a pick up. Only in Cuba does this happen not in America! Come on get with the program.

I would not recommended this facility to my worst enemy.Their office staff is rude and unprofessional, also their customer service phone number is inefficient, prepare to be on hold for hours. The doctor's bedside manner is good; however, the office staff's customer service skills are nonexistent. Think twice before enrolling your love one in this clinic.
