Great and very professional assistance. The girls from the front desk are amazing. Niurka and Roxana are super nice. They will help you diligently and even guide you on how to contact the insurance for any questions. They provide any required documentation, they are super organized, and they always take the time to explain any question you have. The doctor and nurse are also wonderful, very compassionate. You feel very welcome from the moment you get in. Waiting time is not bad at all.
If you are thinking in doing your teeth with this people ,believe me your are gonna regret that. I was trynna fix just one of mine when i arrive to USA and then this people said that like five of my molars were sick, something impossible cause i had visited a dentist a month before and they told me that there is just one sick. They just took all the money from my insurance and also they did it wrong. My molars start hurting me after they did the job, i can’t drink cold water or eat something hard only soft stuff. Unprofessional people, they have an attitude they cancel appointments without further notice, they are extremely rude. I don’t even know how this place has a permit
